12-bit SARADC

INNOSILICON SARADC IP is optimized for SoC integration in a range of applications including broadband wireless, audio codec, radar and imaging, multimedia, digital TV, IoT and general data acquisition.

INNOSILICON SARADC is a sample implementation of Innosilicon ADC portfolio, which is a charge-redistribution successive approximation ADC based on various processes. It contains 1~16 input channels and outputs 14-bit conversion data, with small area and low power consumption.
